Cover 3 Buzz is a 4 under 3 deep coverage that brings the strong safety into the box exchanging responsibilities between the safety and the backer.

Corners align left and right and are aced.  Safeties will align strong and weak and make a right or left call to the strength of the formation.

Sam- Align to the tight end and buzz the flat, Sam has no curl responsibility.

Mike- play weak hook/curl away from the right or left call

Will- play open side curl/flat drop as wide as the #2 receiver takes you

Corners- Aced, deep 1/3 responsibility, Backside corner can play m/m with no #2 deep threat.

Strong Safety- Align strong and make a right or left call to the strength of the formation.  Buzz down into the box play hook/curl be aware of the seven route by # 2.

Free safety- Play deep 1/3, be aware of change of strength motion.  Safeties will exchange responsibilities on change of strength motion
